Removegrain

Removegrain is a simple and extremely fast spatial denoiser for progressive and interlaced video, developed by kassandro.
A bug has been identified in the RemovegrainSSE3 module that causes a crash. Use SSE2 until it gets fixed. (SSE3 doesn't really gain you anything anyway.)
