Why is the German MediaWiki NOT uptaded from the German OldWiki, yet?

Yes, i know. Thanks. That is the Main-Sidebar for the Wiki and/or for English. I wanted to adapt it for the time being only for De, because I am not know whether it permitted if I globally would change it. My changes showed however so far no effect.
